ACA Reporting in Lawson S3

We are struggling to create extracts required to outsource the ACA reporting to a third party. We are using Infor Lawson S3 - currently on v9.0.1. I am curious how many Infor Lawson S3 clients are using the delivered ACA reporting. If you are using it, can you please let me know, and indicate your company size (#of employees)? If you are outsourcing, can you indicate your company size, what third party you are using, and your level of satisfaction with that company? We did ACA internally with Lawson programs for ~140 employees and we used MHC's print functionality to create the 1095-C documents for employees. We are not self-insured so we didn't have to show dependents on the 1095-C, which simplified matters. Also, we were small enough to avoid the hassle of creating the XML file for the IRS submission so we sent those in paper form with the 1094-C cover sheet.

We are using the Lawson delivered solution. We have roughly 2500 to 3000 employees. We are also self insured.

We used the Lawson solution for our 4800 employees. We are self insured.

We use Lawson ACA delivered programs. 3200 employees. Self insured. Use Standard Register Linkup software for printing.

We are using some of Lawson's ACA programs and issued 6000+ 1095-Cs for 2015. We're also using MHC to print the forms. We are self insured.

We had already built our measurement process outside of Lawson in Access because Lawson programming wasn't ready in Oct 2014 when we needed to do our first measurement. We are continuing to use Access for the measurement process because Lawson does not off '1st of pay period following hire date' as an option for the start of the measurement period. We then load the measurement info into Lawson.

We are on Lawson 9.0.1. We used MHC to print our 1095c and mail to inactive employees. All active employees received their through ESS. (again through MHC)

RHS has about 7K employees that we produced 1094. The 30 hour/week min was calculated outside of the system. I ran the BN149 for standard only and verified the output file matched those who should have received forms. I transmitted a file to Ceridian to produce the 1094/1095. Employees received paper copies in the mail but also had an electronic copy in ESS. We are also self insured.
