I went out to BSI to check for reg bulletins because it seemed odd to me that I hadn't gotten an email in awhile, and we're 2 behind (88 & 89). I read the details of 88, and am very confused by the Fed and ALL authority notices of Other Support. I honestly don't understand what the bulletin is going to do, nor what we need to do. Sorry to be so dense, but payroll tax is not in my wheelhouse, and my payroll specialist is confused as well.
Has anyone installed bulletin 88? Can anyone explain it to me in layman's terms?
