Anyone have an Employee type report from TM for Directors

Anyone have a report that is based on employee data out of Talent Management that is based off of the manager structure in TM?

I've heard it is not really easy (possible) for a Director level of the management structure to see their entire employee population.

They can see the managers that report to them, but there is a need/request for report that would provide data about the employees in their structure in a report and publish via LBI but base it off of their TM management structure.

Before I start digging in on this, thought it was worth asking if anyone else had already done anything similar.. .ie, build off of TM management structure for 'security' on what employees they can see.

On the Manager Structure, you are able to view a complete list of all staff that report to a Director by going to Administrator>Setup>Structure>Managers. Search for and open the desired manager and click on the Staff or All Reports tab to view a complete listing of resources within this manager's hierarchy. The list is called WorkAssignmentForReportsToSupervisor. You can export this data to excel or PDF for on the spot reporting. You may be able to post a link to this list on the LBI and define the Manager value in the link to be equal to the user's manager ID. I haven't tried this but it may work. Good luck!
