Due to all the FLSA changes we are needing to change how we pay some of our employees in the system. The set up would be salary non exempt for HR11, but when sitting up the pay plan for payroll processing we are having some issues. We want to have the pay calculate based on the salary in HR11 to divide by the number of hours they work each week, not to divide by the standard time record of 80 hours. Does anyone have any suggestions for set-up on paying this way? Thanks
