Audit IPA Requisition Approvals

Has anyone developed a way to audit Requisition Approvals completed through IPA?

We just implemented Requisition Center and IPA for requisition approvals. Now the question is how can we pull information to be able to prove to our auditors that the approver was the right person and had the authority to do the approval.

We used Crystal Reports to display the User Actions Taken. Drilling from PO to requisition to work unit data (subreports). The report is run weekly and archived for future reference and/or audit purposes.

For the first part of your question: To prove who the approver(s) was(were) for each Requisition, the table you'll want to build a report from is pfimetrics. This table lists the Actor, the task name (Approver Level), the Action taken and Date Time Stamp of every User Action. As far as proving they were the correct person and had the authority to do the approval, I don't know how to prove that.
