Setting Up Users In the Cloud

I understanding setting up users in Infor 10 on premise. I am really confused about how to set up a user in the cloud. There is ISS, IFS, CloudSuite, and LSA. IFS and CloudSuite confuse me. Does someone have an explanation of what those 2 products are doing for me?

CloudSuitePortal: Use it to enter a service request to add users to the system in Bulk after filling out the spreadsheet. Once Service request completes a User Synch via ISS is required.

IFS: Used to auto synch users between Client's corporate LDAP and IFS so they can access the various Infor Products (S3, TM, EAM, etc) via Ming.le

Is the user add through CloudSuitePortal essentially doing a bulk load to security similar to ISS but without the synch? Can I still use ISS to do the small user adds and changes like I did on premise? Do I use IFS after each add in ISS/CloudSuitePortal so that our users can go to S3/LBI through Ming.le?

ISS is the tool you use to give a user access to LSF/S3 applications (HRM, SCM, EFM), and/or access to Landmark applications (GHR/Talent Management, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, etc). For provisioning users, you would use ISS instead of using Lawson Security Administrator and Landmark Configuration Console. For changing security definitions, you would continue to use Lawson Security Administrator and Landmark Configuration Console. But for provisioning users, you need to now do that in ISS.
