Table name for ACA benefit offer code assigned to a plan - BN15.3, BN19.5

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  I am looking for the table that holds the ACA plan details (BN15.3) or the ACA Plan override details (BN19.5).

 

When I do a ctrl+shift+O on the field the prefix is ACA but in add ins that points me to a table in the AR system code.

Hi Margie - BN15.3 stores the values in PLAN table, whereas BN19.5 stores in PREMIUM table.
