Drop Down boxes blank after user assigned a new Role

Infor Xtreme copied a Security class in our Dev environment to a new Security Class. 

I made one change to the new Security Class (changed PO20.1 - PO20.5 to Inquiry only access). Next, using ISS, I deleted the role tied to the old security class, and added the new role tied to the new security class for specific user.   After this, when the user clicks on the drop down box, the box is empty. I then tested a second user and the same thing happens.  If I go back and change them back to the original Role and do a cache refresh in LSA, the drop down boxes are populated again.

Is it possible that  a step has been missed after the security class was copied?  We do have two product lines on our Dev environment if that makes a difference!

This is most likely because the user is missing access to Files. Files enable DropDowns and Selects to work. Make sure your user has access to the Files in the PO system code.
