Does anyone know how to set up a benefit plan to contribute a certain dollar amount per hour worked to a retirement plan? I have set up other plans that have a percent of salary matching or a percent of salary non-elective contribution but not per hour. I need to set it up for one department to receive a non-elective contribution of $.50 per hour worked but I'm not sure what options to select for the benefit plan and the deduction code.
