Deleting an ActorID in the Rich Client

We are running Lawson 10. I have a task to delete 3 users from the Rich Client. When I do, I receive the following error:



Cannot Delete: At Least One Associated Metrics Exists



I am not sure what the error means and how to resolve it. Can anyone please help me.

Good morning Allen,

The user you are trying to delete was a Process Flow user, and has some related child records that are in your system and preventing you from deleting.



For example if that user was assigned work at some point, and approved something that workunit data is kept in the system so we can historically check who approved what. In order to delete the user that data will need to be cleaned up.



1. I recommend disabling the user instead of deleting until such a time that the related workunit information is removed from the system.
