We have a trigger built on the PO30 form to trigger a flow that sends an email to the requester when the action Release or Release and Print is done.
We have found that we have several occasions when the flow is not being triggered. I'm trying to determine why, but I am not able to re-create the issue. Since there is no Workunit, and no flow initiated, finding a log seems daunting at best. I've looked in the IOS LATM and LASE logs at the time frames where we have some examples but not seeing anything out of the ordinary.
Any suggestions on where I would look? I am thinking there is a 'Failure to communicate' somehow between LSF and BPM.
We are on 9.0.1.12 apps, using PFI 9.0.1
