Anyone using the Performance and then having the merit increase/auto update (comp) based on the rules/scores on their Performance Evals (annual)?
We are starting to do this but running into various road blocks.
We did not implement Budgets.
I am wondering if that is part of the challenge we are having.
I don't have all of the specifics as HR staff is working on this and I'm in IT.
We are on LTM version 10
