I entered new rates for 2017 for our dental plan and 3 health plans for both active and retired employees on the BN15. I ran the BN105 for the active employees and the new rates are showing for 2017, When I ran the BN105 for the retirees, the dental rates were updated, but not the rates for the 3 medical plans. I received the error "Multiple date records exist for plan; cannot process." I have no idea what to do to fix this error. Does anyone have suggestions?
