We are currently working on our plan/implementation for our annual evaluation process and are struggling finding the appropriate field within the Work Assignment business class to pull the correct "Calculated Score" per employee work assignment (our facility allows more than one work assignment)>
The Calculated Score field is on the Employee Appraisal Business class, but not on the Work Assignment Business class (and Compensation Planning Custom groups only allow for pulling information from the work assignment business class).
The only fields we are finding within the work assignment business class relating to performance are LastPerformanceRating, MostRecentPerformanceScore or OverallRating.... and those fields will not work for how our rating scale and compensation structure is set up for our Staff Level evaluations.
Has anyone else ran into this issue? OR Does anyone know what field to pull (maybe we are over looking it)? OR does anyone know how to pull information from other business classes into a custom group?
