We have had multiple instances of Open Enrollment locking up at the Current Year Benefits Screen. When the user clicks to continue, it is as if the continue button is not active. The enrollment freezes and the only error is that Internet Explorer is Not Responding. This is definitely tied to specific computers, as the user is able to login on another pc/laptop and complete the enrollment process. Additionally any user who los on to the suspect computer encounters the same issue.
My IT Department has looked at every possible cause and we are not coming up with a solution.
Has anyone else had a similar issue, and if so were you able to resolve? Thank you.
