We are under a huge time crunch to get dependents loaded into HR13 and connected to the appropriate plans on BN32. We have been going through the process in our test system with loading dependents with a HR513 and then connecting the deps to the plans using BN532. It appears when we connect the dependents to the plans the previously created BN29 offers are erased. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? The information in the BN532 is Co, EE, Dep, Plan Type, Plan Code, EmpStart & StartDate. Any insight is appreciated as I do not want to erase all of the ACA work.
