BS31 Pending Open Enrollment delete BN29

Our open enrollment starts in 3 days and we have discovered when records are written to BS31 the offers on BN29 disappear for the current year. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

We just started Open Enrollment today and we do use BS31 for pended enrollment. I checked some people who have already enrolled and I am still seeing their BN29 offers. I'm definitely going to keep an eye on this, though, to see if that happens here.

Are you seeing this issue with new hire enrollment as well?

We are in the second week of open enrollment. We use BS31. All the data still in there.

We are not using online new hire enrollment yet.

Are you sure you have the correct year? I did it for 2016 and all looks well but if I put 2017 it appears as if it would be missing but that's the incorrect year. ????
