Rich Client Web Canvas

I am having problems loading the Rich Client.  When I worked at other organizations, I received the URLs for the Rich Client and the Process Automation Administrator.  I never remembered the format because I always saved the URLs.  Does anyone know the format of those URLs?

Hi Angela, Hope the following helps:

1. Canvas install options URL - https://<LandmarkServerName>/canvas/ (assumes you're SSL)

2. PF Admin Web URL - https://<LandmarkServerName>/prod/LpaAdmin/controller.servlet?context.dataarea=prod

(note: this is our, minus the <LandmarkServerName>; you'll need to adjust your dataarea too.)

3. If #1 doesn't get you where/what you need, the Landmark Installation Guide offers the following 'technical' location for Rich Client:

To access Infor Rich Client in a browser:

http://<grid_http_host>:<grid_http_port>/richclient/richclientapplet.html?opt=-g -m <grid_router_host>:<grid_router_port>

Landmarkenvironment

http://<grid_http_host>:<grid_http_port>/richclient/richclientapplet.html?opt=-g -m <grid_router_host>:<grid_router_port> <dataarea>&context.session.key.<session_key>

Where:

<grid_http_host> = the grid http host

<grid_http_port> = the GRID HTTP_PORT in $LASYSDIR/install.cfg

<grid_router_host> = the grid router host

<grid_router_port> = the GRID_PORT in $LASYSDIR/install.cfg

<dataarea> = the dataarea name context.session.key.

<session_key>

Note: The context session key may or may not be needed. Examples include:JobBoard=INTERNAL or IsoLocale=mr_LW.
