HIPAA Supplementary User Guide

We are going to start using BN106 for Open Enrollment and going forward, and I've found references to a "HIPAA Supplementary User Guide" in Xtreme, but cannot find the document anywhere.  Can anyone point me to where said document is stored?

It is no longer a separate document. It has been added to the Benefit Administration User Guide. In my latest version it is Appendix A.
