Is anyone currently loading accrual balances from a third party into Lawson so they're successfully accessible/viewable from the Leave Balances task in EMSS?
Background: In 2010, instead of moving from TA to Absence Management (LP) our company decided to move Accruals to a third-party (Kronos). Currently, balances are not brought from Kronos into Lawson each pay period, therefore are not displayed in EMSS. Employees must go to the separate third party application in order to view their current or running accrual balances.
Management would like the employees to have access to balances in Lawson, EMSS specifically, so employees don't have to look one place for their pay information and another place for their balance information.
