Does anyone know if/when Infor/Lawson is going to start working on the new EEO Reporting requirements for 2018?
We are getting lots of emails from various vendors that usually look like the words below, and we don't know whether
we should be attending so that we can figure out what we need to do on our own, or if PA390 or ? will be updated for the
new requirements.
In the first quarter of 2018, employers, including federal contractors and subcontractors, with 100 or more employees will file EEO-1 reports revised to include summary W-2 earnings and hours worked data.
Although the filing period is not imminent, you should already be asking, “How can risks associated with the reports be identified sufficiently early to permit corrective action?” Employers who delay their preparations may unknowingly heighten the odds that the EEOC or OFCCP shines a light on their compensation practices.
