As a publicly traded company we are required to disclose to the SEC any "related" party relationships. For instance if one of our board members had a daughter in law that was president of a hospital group we do business with. Is anyone else doing this? and are you storing this information in Lawson? If so, can you share how the process of data collection and maintenance is working for you?
Do you store anything at a "Vendor" level record? Is this owned/maintained by Accounts Payable? Accounting?
Just looking for any advice or options as to how other people do this. Thank you.
