We have recently begun to track some serial numbers for a few items. These are all stock items. The problem we're running into is during the picking process. Once the WH130 runs, a serial number is assigned/allocated for the items requested. Those serial numbers are not always the ones that the picker picks so they clear out the serial number and input the serial number they actually pick. Is there a way to not allocate the serial numbers? We have the WH130 Allocate Details set to Y. If we set to N that would affect all items. Is there another option?
