BN149 Initial Report

We are able to run the BN149 Standard Measurement report, but when trying to run the Initial Report based on the time frame of 10/1/2015 through 9/30/2016 all our records come back incomplete.   Anyone else having this issue?

I had this issue and it was because my complete as of date was incorrect? The date should be the start of your stability period month.
