PO520 - Non-Lawson PO entry

We are trying to use the PO520 to create capital PO's from a third party (StrataJazz). Has anyone used the PO520 and can provide some documentation and/or guidance? We are trying to use the standard Lawson file layout and avoid any customizations. We pulled the file layout from the Lawson website but would like to see what someone else has done to avoid any issues and growing pains. Hopefully the standard layout is best practice and easily utilized.

Good morning Jason,

Although I don't work at Yale/New Haven Health System any more, they use StrataJazz for their Reqs to PO creation. If I remember correctly, Strata created an API to directly create the PO20, once Req approvals took place.

StrataJazz is changing to what they call ASP. It is supposed to be a standard process all clients will be using. We are told we are not the first but we were not able to get a reference for Procurement using this new process and the information that was provided looks different than what we thought the standard Lawson PO520 would show.

Just to update, we had a custom program created. Could not use the standard PO520.
