Our organization is using Eclipse by docStar to archive invoices.
We have a datalink in our AP PO for Goods Workflow that pushes the invoice directly into Lawson.
We are able to retrieve the invoice using PO Number, Vendor ID, Invoice Number, and Company ID on AP20.
Are any of you out there using this same document management system to archive invoices??
The issue I'm running into is this:
Although we're able to retrieve the invoice on AP20, the system doesn't recognize that invoice when we attempt to retrieve it on MA43 to add the line item data.
