PR12 Direct Deposit Deduction Cycles

Hi all,

Currently, our system is set up to populate deductions cycles 1, 2, and 3. I wanted to know in which screen I can change this setup so I deduction cycle 4 will populate, too.

If employees maintain via ESS, then HS06.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, we don't allow our employees to maintain it via ESS, so HS06 wouldn't work.

I don't think there is a master cycle screen. In fact, if you changedHS06, I think it would be for future ESS transactions not those in existence. you could explore using either PR512 or add-ins.

Thanks for the responses. I had a feeling this was the case, and already have a file built to load via add-ins. I just thought I'd ask.
