BN531 - load deferred comp plan using % instead of flat amount

We are trying to use BN531 to load deferred compensation plan using a percentage instead of a flat amount, and we cannot get the csv file columns set correctly. Anyone have any experience with this?

Yes, I use the BN531 biweekly to upload deferral changes. We allow both a pretax and a Roth deferral. The deferral can either be a percent or a flat amount, but not both. You have to have the columns formatted correctly.

We use BN531 weekly for our benefit enrollment. There is a BNBATCH-BN531 tab in BNFL_9.0.1 Benefits Administration File Layouts.xls. The csv file is very particular with the Header you use so make sure it is exactly how it written under Column D of the excel document. Please let me know if you need a copy of the guide.

Oops - never mind. Meant to respond on a different forum. Someone else sent us a sample file and we compared ours to that one and found the errors. So it is working now.
