Page down in Portal/Ming.le v10

We went live on v10 in Sept. Since then we've had multiple users (not all) report that the Page Up / Page Down buttons are not working in certain screens. This happens in Portal/Ming.le but not in Smart Office, and it doesn't happen with all users. Is anyone else out there experiencing this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve? (Typical screens with issues include PO20, PO63, IC81, IC82). I have a ticket open with Lawson, but haven't gotten very far on this.

yes we have had the same issue. We found the user needs to make sure a field is highlighted for the page up/down keys to work. It seems to disconnect the association to the screen unless you click on a field.

I don't recall the screen(s) and we are not live yet but we have had some screens with ALL_ACCESS in security that don't provide the page up/page down and we added them manually (in addition to ALL_ACCESS) Infor wrote up a JT.
