Mobile Notification (Inbasket) for REQ Approvals

Is anyone utilizing Mobile Inbasket or I believe it’s now called Mobile Notification for REQ Approvals?

I would be interested in your experience with it. We’re having a difficult time with gathering any documentation on it with perspective to REQ Approvals and are able to connect via Ipad and Iphone, but unable to see the specific actions or REQ information as you would see in the “Inbasket”. Appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

Update- While working with GSC it was initially recommended for us to use Mobile Notifications. After further discussions, it was identified that we should be utilizing Mobile Inbasket (MIB) and not Mobile Notification even though there are some functionality of it in there.

Searching the Apple Store, I do not find any app labelled 'Mobile Inbasket'. In fact, that Search term sends me to 'Mobile Notifications'.

We ran into the same thing. You'll have to logon to Infor Extreme and go to the Product Download Center page and search for it.

I found it on the Xtreme site. However, I must admit I am not certain how to download a mobile app from Infor Support site. Could you provide instructions?

In V9 we accessed the Mobile Inbasket from a link on the email which took us to the VPN login,

then the Lawson login

The inbasket comes up and you choose your task

Choose the req to approve

Take your action

No app download was necessary. Is it the same with V10 or do users really need to install an app on their phone?
