Need Options for Case Management Related to FMLA, Medical Leave of Absence, Workplace Injuries, Sho
Our company has a need to better manage their processes and data surrounding FMLA, Medical Leave of Absence, workplace injuries, short and long term disabilities. We are currently using a Microsoft word document for an intake sheet and trying to manage all the related data with an unconnected access database. With our employee population of 30,000, this is no longer a feasible option. We are in need of case management solution. It needs to be able to handle logging consultations with employees, hold medical records and emails pertaining to case information, and be reportable.
Can you share with us what solutions everyone else is using to manage these processes and data? We are looking for a viable technology solution within Lawson or that interfaces well with Lawson.

Wow! I can't imagine how you're managing this with 30,000 employees. We have less than 10,000 and we outsourced our FMLA management to Cigna. We have a daily incoming feed from Cigna that updates LP31, LP51, LP53, LP60 and LP70, and a biweekly outgoing feed to Equifax for ACA tracking.0

I'd be interested as well. I did an internet search about a year ago for existing technologies, but couldn't find anything that fit real well. In Infor Lawson, it seems like it would be a mix-n-match of LP, PA, and even PR. There isn't a module/specific solution in Lawson as of yet (S3). Maybe Global HR will eventually have a fuller solution.0

Came across this and curious if anyone ever found a good solution? We're currently on HR Talent in the cloud however their absence management module appears to be more for Paid time off plans than true FMLA and STD/LTD tracking. Curious if others found a good solution in the last 5 years!?
