BN100 - Error - not eligible to enroll

Is anyone having problems with BN100? We've encountered this issue before and it was resolved with a CTP, but it has recurred for no apparent reason.

Error: Employee not eligible to enroll until (month parameter listed, in this case 01)

It is not consistent and the error only shows in Update Mode. The update to Life Insurance and Disability is triggered by a pay change, so it should not consider eligibility by month and employee is eligible on BN31.2.

Incident logged but with little response.

We have addressed the following but it did not resolve the issue:

CTP 111382 for JT 916623 in KB 1830490 and CTP 111756 for JT 912251 in KB 1833393.

We are currently experiencing the same issue. It is very random and not happening for all employees. We have also updated the CTP's with no fix. Still engaged with Infor but it sounds like they can't explain the issue either.

I am sorry to hear about this. We have had issues in the recent past. Did you load anything else recently like the ACA year end? What version are you are on? We are on 10.0.7 patched.

We have been having the same issue. Not happening on every employee. We just went to 10 over the weekend so I'm waiting to see if the issue keeps happening. The solutions we had received from Infor did not fix the issue.

We've had recurring issues with BN100. The issue appeared suddenly with no system updates:

This is a bit of history and the conversation I'm having with the Infor Rep:

We have 2 versions PROD and TEST, both broken, so the recent CTP install did not cause the issue. The issue just popped up with no changes. The error is often random and inconsistent, works for some and not others.

History:

In Production we had BN100PD - 122.1.25.24 <3400555124. Issue originated here. Ticket 9654464 was logged.

We resolved the issue 9654464 with the following CTP's.

CTP 110523 for JT 871747 in KB 1705531; CTP 110955 for JT 906128 in KB 1708117; CTP 106775 for JT 749235 in KB 1670249; and CTP 110225 for JT 890269 in KB 1699789.

The issue resurfaced a few weeks ago, on November 17... before our Environment update on November 21 to 10.0.8.0.1245.

We applied CTP 111382 for JT 916623 in KB 1830490; and CTP 11756 for JT 912251 in KB 1833393 in TEST. This did not resolve the issue.

So, we have a Production environment without recent patches and a TEST environment with recent patches and both are having issues with BN100 and the BN31.2 add-in upload.

On November 21 we also applied ACA patches. This did not seem to affect the issue.

Please let me know if you need anything additional. We are hearing from peers on the Infor Communities that this remains an open issue for them as well. .
