Hello everyone,
We have customized our Infor10 IPA Inbasket MyWork screen to remove the bottom 'detail' section from the 'split screen'. End users wanted it to function similar to Apps9 where the initial MyWork screen was just a list of workunits assigned to the employee & they would have to open the workunit to display the data. Anyway, the issue we are having is that the 'actions' for the highlighted workunit show up in the MyWork menu bar. For example, when I highlight a workunit assigned to a manager, the MyWork menu bar has the following buttons: Open; Refresh; Approve; Deny.
Is there any way to not display the 'action' buttons? We want to force the end user to open the workunit and verify the data before performing the action.
