Accessing Work Location City in HR codes for building employee groups

We are trying to set up some employee groups that are specific to certain city work locations. The information on where an employee works is assigned on the Location code, the details of the location (address, city, state, county and zip) are stored in HR codes. Does anyone know if there is a topic (in HR55 employee groups) that can access the address detail? TIA,

It looks like you should be able to find Location under topic E1 (Employee Master) on HR55.

Your best bet for linking different locations to Employee groups would be to use "smart coding" for your location code. Like Characters 1 and 2 = State code, Next Three Are organized City, and so forth. Then you may be able to build groups from that. Otherwise, another way to get EE Groups based on Location details would be to build a flow that runs every night that runs through EEGROUP and verifies Employees are added to the correct group and not in others based on your parameters. There may be more elegant answers out there, but off the top of my head, these two ways may work.
