PRINT MANAGER access - allow SuperAdminRole capability to see all print files

I'm trying to figure out how to allow someone with a SuperAdminRole the ability to see all existing print files. Presently, this role has sec classes of AllENVAccess, AllGENAccess & AllAPPAccess. When I go to my TESTID with this role assigned, I can see & work with my print files. When I try to go to another user's print files, I can see the list, but they are all greyed out so I can't access them, also I'm hung on that greyed out screen and I have to close my portal window and sign in again.

After further testing, the greyed out screen occurs after anytime I use a drop down box in Portal. Any idea on what I may have broken so I can restore the drop down functionality?

Check the following:

1. Make sure the AllGENAccess security class really has access to all the objects in the GEN data area. Make sure that all objects in the security class are green.

2. Make sure the user is a member of the "ALL" User Group, which is managed on the "Manage Lawson Environment" screen of the user's RM ID.

Are you using Google Chrome? If so, there is a bug with the latest build that causes the greyed out screen you describe and there is a JT to address. Just wanted to rule this out as a possible issue contributing to what you are seeing.

Yes, I'm using Chrome and it goes away if I go back to Firefox. Good news, at least I didn't break something in security. You don't happen to know the JT #, do you? I can only find something for 9.0.1

Thanks for the JT number. I've downloaded it and applied it to my TEST env and I'm still experiencing the same issue. My Google Chrome is Version 55.0.2883.87. Just wondering if you have applied the patch?
