We are attempting to change our ongoing balance limit for PTO accrual (we are lowering the amount an employee can have available).
We changed LP04.4 (created a new table for 1/1/17) and changed the table on LP03.4. Ran payroll and nothing happened (there are people over the balance and PTO should have been taken away).
Has anyone done this with their LP plans? Hoping we just missed a step. Thank you in advance!
