We use Landmark (LTM) as our source of records for Lawson S3. An applicant inserts whatever address they want in their application and that gets exported to S3 when hired.
We have a job in S3 that exports data for upload to a Benefit Plan which includes Address among other things.
This Plan requires the address to be in Postal Service Standard Address format to accept the data as is.
Otherwise we have to manually over-ride in the verification stage.
We would like to "fix" our data in LTM and/or S3 to conform to Postal Service Standard.
Does anyone else do this in either S3 or LTM?
How are you doing it?
I envision us running some report that would give us a list of non-compliant Addresses. Then we could manually change them.
Anyone have an idea on how this could be done?
