Our various LP groups did not accrue for the last payroll of the year 2016 which is 12/18/16 to 12/31/16. This is the first payroll of 2017. An example is one of our groups has an annual balance accrual of 240 hours. During the time period above certain employees did not accrue even though this is the first payroll of 2017. Our reset date is 1/1. How anyone come across this and how can we fix this within the system since this will be an issue next year also.
