This was our first year allowing employees to enroll in flexible spending through ESS. We have a number of people that say that they enrolled, but it did not show in BS31 and did not get loaded. Is there anyway to see if these employees did start the process, but did not complete it (I think the majority closed out before finishing the enrollment process).
We did have 2 that had the enrollment print out, but again were not in BS31 and did not get loaded.
Any insight would be helpful, again it was our first year so we are hoping to improve the process for next year.
