Hello everyone,
We have inbaskets that a group of end users use as 'work queues'. For example there may be 5 users all working the Payroll inbasket. The end users want a quick way to identify who is working on a given record in the queue. In Apps9, we had a Design Studio screen for the Payroll inbasket. When the end user opened the inbasket record the DS screen would call a LOGAN program that would modify the inbasket description and prepend the end users ID. Thus an original description of "Payroll request for Joe" would become "a12345 - Payroll request for Joe".
However, in Infor10 the inbasket description is stored in a Landmark table. I am looking for any ideas on how to have the LSF Design Studio screen update the inbasket description that resides in Landmark. Currently my best solution is to have the Design Studio inbasket code trigger another IPA flow that changes the description in Landmark.
Any ideas would be helpful.
Thanks,
