We have had this on a couple of sites where the Task's Shutdown automatically sets the 'Lock out for :' time to 480 minutes but was originally set to 60 minutes, say.
It always sets to 480, no other time!? This is 8 hours that users who try to log in, can't. Obviously the ADMIN users can sort.
This seems to be something to do with the Scheduler service tripping up as I've managed to recreate the issue on 2 of my local machines, but only by stopping the Scheduler service just as it starts to run. Unfortunately, Pegasus can't recreate it despite me sending through BB Flash of the whole process to fail.
We've uninstalled and reinstalled Scheduler etc.
Anyone else aware of this issue?
