BN29 offers only showing the last change

The BN29 offers are not showing the full year of offers for some (just showing the last change), but then for one person who had three different plan changes it shows all 3. We are running the BN729 and have ran the BN529 for some of our groups of employees, but in spot checking a few we have found this issue.

I found that on some of our employees too. So I decided to recreate the data and use the 529 to load. It was the only way I could be sure I captured all.

The new BN929 should do a nice job, for the most part, of identifying and fixing most records. I found there were times when staff did not have the parameters for the BN1XX programs to say Yes to update ACA. There was also another issue we encountered with the BN531 but then that would have been every record with incorrect information.
