Our health plan premium has tiers based on salaries. When I run BN929, it does not update offers for any employees who have changed tiers. Has anyone encountered this? And how did you fix? the only other option I have is to Manually delete offers and reload. BN79 deletes everything for the employee, there is not a way to specify 2016 data. Or is there another screen I'm missing?
