special check run

Does anyone know how we can do a special payroll run & create a paper check if the employee is set up for direct deposit?  The only way I know of is by manual checks which we do not want to do.

The PR140 - Earnings & Deductions Calculation has a flag "No Direct Deposit, All System Payments" you can set. All checks in that particular run will be systems checks. Alternatively, if it's just for one person, you may want to consider setting the Automatic Deposit flag on HR11 to 'N' for the special run and then changing it back to 'Y' afterwards.
