Anyone use the Employee Relations for discipline?
We have been and have been fine. Managers submit/approve but HR Manager has to 'approve' for it to be final in certain situations.
Been working fine since May. We just updated our Landmark version from 10.1.1.39 to .51 and today is the first time they have went in to approve a discipline and the HR Manager no longer has the button to 'approve'.
I just opened a support ticket but wondered if anyone else has had this occur?
