BN27.2 override not picking up in BN990

Maybe I'm forgetting a step, but after running my BN990 in report mode, I have found employees who need offer/safe harbor code overrides. I overrode the BN27.2 for topics E2 and E4, and reran the BN990 in report mode, but the overrides are not showing up. My BN27.1 topic R4 is set to Full Topic E2 Override = E and Full Topic E4 = Override E.

Is anyone else having issues with BN27.2 overrides?

I am having a similar issue with BN 27.1 and the BN 299 not picking up the codes I selected in R1, R5, R6. I put in a support ticket last week but have not heard back yet. Taylor

If memory serves me, you won't see BN27.2 overrides in BN990, but you will see them in BN297.

After the BN990 is run, you can also see them in BN99.6 by employee.
