PO30 Line data not populating on transfer from PO20

After a recent update to Lawson environment version 10.0.9 users have reported that the PO30 screen does not populate with all the data for the PO lines as it did previously when transferring from PO20. The Line number and the Remaining quantity populate but not the item detail. The data populates after selecting the Inquire button. The item detail for the first line displays immediately when PO20 transfers to PO30 so it seem like the data is available. Infor says it has always worked this way. Does anyone have an earlier version of Lawson V10 or V9 who could confirm what data is auto populated on PO30? I don't know why our users would have brought this up if it has always worked this way. thanks for your assistance!

I'm on 10.0.6 and my system does what your users say - not Infor.

Go to PO20

Inquire on multi line PO.

From Related Forms I go to PO30.

See all Remaining Quantities for all lines.

Do NOT click Inquire, from Special Actions, select Add Receive All.

ALL lines correctly receive. No additional prompt to Inquire, no issues where only one line receives.

All line detail tabs are populated on all lines.

But as you said Item - I realized, we have Design Studio set to pull in the lines in Vendor Item order and display Attach It - maybe Design Studio is triggering the Inquire Infor's talking about?

Without doing an inquire we can select each line and see the item detail in the bottom of the page but in the center of the screen where the Received quantity would be entered the item is not shown with the Remaining quantity. The user cannot enter the received quantity correctly without selecting each line to see the item number in the lower part of the screen or inquiring on the screen.

I can also confirm that in V10 that Item Detail column doesn't appear until you inquire. We are going live this weekend on 10.0.9.0.85. V9 shows the Item Detail column on transfer without inquiring.

Attached image is what I get when I go to PO30 - no Inquire - on 10.0.06

We're testing v07 and same thing appears.
