We will be going live with V10 this spring. Remember that Ming.le is a SharePoint, so when you say issues with Ming.le, is it issues with Ming.le, or access to the different portals?

Many of our core users are going to stick with Portal. Opening Multiple screens, allowing widgets on screens, things to this nature- are just not available on Ming.le. However, the general/casual user will access through Mingle.

Having a culture shift from Portal to Ming.le will create many issues from a user experience in itself. We had approached not using Ming.le all together, however realizing that eventually (and not too far future) that Ming.le Enterprise is the wave of Infor's future, we decided Ming.le was the best choice.

We also dedicated a IT programmer to learn, train and configure Ming.le. There were many meetings for requirements gathering and training, and many more to come, but dedicating a resource to fully understand all things Ming.le has really helped how we will adopt to the new system.

I am not sure this helps, but it might consolidate explaining your exact issues. Don't hesitate to reach out.

What kind of help were you looking for? Installation, Usage, debugging, customizations, performance?

What kind of environment are you running (Ming.le on Windows, of course) but what the LSF back end configuration? Any other ION integration products?
