I have an employee who worked in one Report Entity for the first 2 months of 2016, and who was offered HL as a full time employee. She terminated in February, and was hired in October into a different Report Entity part time, not HL eligible.
I know how her IRS codes should look, but since she was not HL eligible in the 2nd Report Entity, I do not want to produce a 1095-C for that one. The BN99.1 allows me to suppress a 1095-C from printing, but I do need one for her time in the 1st Report Entity.
Does anyone know how to handle this - am I missing something simple?
