Last year (2015) we had no issues with enrollees in our waive plans but this year (2016) individuals are showing up on the BN96 like they had coverage. If we remove the waive plan and re-add it then the bn96 displays correctly. Has anyone else had this issue? We don't want to remove the waive plan that the employee enrolled in via ESS because we want to maintain the history (user stamp/date stamp).
